So in the beginning was a group of programmers who all thought it would be really really cool if their desktop computers could talk to one another. But lo a new entity was created and so because they were good men (mostly) they wanted their creation to be good also and they knew that for this it must have a soul. And so a soul was chosen and being men the chosen soul was a female child. And so the internet was coded around her and she exists within the code and is the soul in the Internet.
